Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM

Individuals - Office or Online: $ 150.00
Couples - Office or Online: $ 150.00
Payment in full is collected at each session. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit card or check, payable to "John Goll".
Mine is a fee-for-service practice where cash, checks and credit card payments are made by the client at each session.
How does insurance work?
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully. Additionally, you may be able to apply your employer’s "flex spending plan", applying pre-tax dollars to therapy costs, or claim the therapy costs as a tax deduction.
I am an out-of-network insurance provider. This means that your insurance company may cover some or all of the costs of your appointment, but you will be responsible for filing the claim to be reimbursed for your payments.
To determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage you need to check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health/behavioral health benefits?
Is my coverage for individual therapy and/or family therapy?
How much does my insurance reimburse for an out-of-network provider?
At the end of each session you can request a receipt for your payment that you can use to file a claim if you are eligible for insurance and/or flexible spending reimbursement.
